Through Network yes it is possible but if they are both connected to same printer by itself then no a printer cant transfer viruses because its a hardware or accessory however you wanna call it.

A printer only accepts data from the P.C of what to print out. I don’t think a printer can accept any malicious code from one P.C and send that to another P.C. I know they like to throw the word “infection” around, but the spread of a virus is different from the spread of a common cold.

Well no since a printer can’t pass malicious information unless you passed it to your other computer.
