I ordered this product over the internet and the company charged me for two copies and are refusing to reply or answer my emails about being over charged….It was there fault it downloaded correctly when they suggested it did not and had me redownload there product then I was charged double when I was just trying to buy one copy, and there policy states if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product they will offer a 100% refund….They have refused to reply to my emails!!!!this company really blows I will not purchase another product from these weasels!!!

I had tryed the sample version on my desktop and found the program worked well with my system so I decided to purhase it . The price was right on Amazon.com even better the main distributor.

This program is just terrific. It not only fixes many registry errors but does a few other things also. It installs on 3 computers and works great on all three of my machines. I have one with XP and two with Vista.

Great product. Cleanned a Trojan off my pc which was preventing me from getting to internet. I would reccommend this product to users. I tried Norton and it was horrible would not clean the virus and was eating resources when running in background. PC tools is great and would buy their product again. I was having terrible problems with XP. Clicking on web links in my e-mails or documents in My Documents would only work once and would hang after that. I ran Resgitry Mechanic and it fixed this in less than two minutes. I highly recommend this product. It has made me a happy PC owner.
